I read a book earlier this year saying that I will rise up to adversities. Sounds comforting initially cos I will rise and become stronger, but think harder, it just meant that I'll have a difficult year ahead.
Its 7 am and I had not slept a single minute. I just couldn't sleep. I could not stop thinking. I have 101 things on my mind I duno what to do.
I have just realised that I have a great fear of loud sounds. Loud bangs especially. I think I developed this from the accident a month ago. I thought it was nothing more than paranoia initially, but I am sure now that such sounds can give me a hell of fright.
I remembered the very next day of the accident, I was taking a bus ride and was sitting rather near the door. The slamming of the door upon closing was enough to make me jump of fright. Slight veering off course of a vehicle makes me worry. Hard braking makes me hold on to my seat tight.
Is there anything I can do to overcome this?
Yesterday I heard that kinda loud bang again. Till now my heart has been racing. For a moment, I really hope my heart will slow down a little. It is beating so hard, I could hardly breathe.
I am so afraid now. I feel so helpless. I can't stop reproaching myself.

Havent got the blogging mood recently...
An owl like me has begun not to like the night as much as before... Nowadays, the night has became cold and lonely... Many times, my thoughts will just run wild. Those are pessimistic thoughts that will make me dispair, lose motivation and drive...

I have been lazy about blogging lately...
Feeling super duper heartache now.... I shouldn't have met laine and SH for dinner!! We had an expensive dinner at Vivocity, this chinese restaurant called Imperial Herbal Restaurant.
Sounds expensive already...!! I really feel like crying!!! I burnt a hole in my pocket and I am super duper broke now... =((((((
I am damn sad. I have no mood for anything!!! I got no money for anything!!

I just came across an article about Dog-fighting. Basically just like cockfighting, but they do it on dogs. It is pretty common for dogs to lose a limp or even lose their lives after a fight. Don't you just find this activity cruel to the max?
I am not a hardcore dog lover but to think that these people do these just for gambling or for the thrill of seeing blood... I just don't understand why can anyone be so evil.
Look at the dog below. He looks psychologically imbalance and traumatised after the fight. You can see sadness and dispair in his eyes... Why does these people do so much cruelty to what's known to be man's best friends?
There is one part of the article that just gross me out!! How can any human have the heart to do something so horrible to something that is so harmless???

Life is kinda boring nowadays. Itinery mainly includes eating and sleeping and occasionally socialising around.
Anyway, before I forget, Happy Birthday to Charity and Zhi Jian.. =)
There are some happy moments and definitely some unhappy ones too. Whatever it is, just focus and look forward to 21 July!! Haha!!
Old man is going crazy again. Maybe he was bitten by some mad cow and caught the mad cow disease (OMG! I am Cranky!!) Old man picked up a fight with my bro for keeping the lights on and he couldn't sleep. Fight? He thinks he can out-fight my bro? He is probably out of his mind to pick a fight with a young man!!
So is there a cure for mad cow disease that the disease caught by the old man?? Like some vaccine to control the disease or something... I wonder...
HOrrible!!! The injury on my ankle turned into a rash! Freaking Itchy now.. Argh!! I rather have pain than itch!! Feel like burning my ankle with the iron now!! Help me!!
Anyone who hasn't watched Spiderman? I am looking for a companion to catch the show manZ! Argh!!
