Been really busy lately. Busy to the extend that I hardly have time to sit down to a proper lunch. Gotta rush to buy bread, rush to chase bus and end up settling my lunch on the bus... Been munching on bread for breakfast and lunch and as for dinner, I have to rush it through too... Argh!
Having some gastric problem already. Am I really not eating well? Am I stressed? I am losing weight... But not in a proper way cos I don't feel well. I think I lack of sleep. I am totally sick of bread! I feel cold easily and weak...
I kinda missed rice and I made a point to buy rice for lunch today. I finished the rice but soon after I felt the gastric working up. Whats happening? Argh!
Pain~! Pain makes me know that I am still alive... But I feel like dying...
