I went to watch Flags Of Our Fathers yesterday...
Very typical war movie, but I think it reveals the reality of life and mass media.
People get manipulated by the mass media, and some may be so affected by it even without realising it. Oh well, I guess life is like that. Till now i have not mastered the art of seeing through the evils of human beings.
Why are people born being selfish?
I admit, I am a selfish idiot too.
Back to the movie.
War movies never fail to make me cry. Am I soft-hearted?
I cry when I see people cry. I cry when I see people die.
Maybe I just too immersed in the plot of the movie.
One more thing, I realised my Mum has developed a weird habit recently.
She seemed to enjoy washing dishing in the pitch-dark kitchen.
Its so dark I can hardly see a thing, but she's still able to wash the dishes!
*Puzzled* Maybe its all the effort and determination to save some electricity.

My brother have plans of buying a car. I must say, I have mixed feelings about it.
I am glad that if he owns a car, there will be more convenience to my entire family especially during chinese new year. However, I have reservations of him owning a car as I feel that it will be quite taxing on him.
Oh well, a car is a long term liability. There are many things to consider ie Road Tax, Insurance, Petrol, Parking, and any cases of unforeseen circumstances. I feel that it will be a better idea to save some money for marriage instead of getting a car. But, whatever it is, so long as owning a car makes you happy, i am supportive of it.
